Lord as we enter into prayer we come before you in a place of faith, thanking you for your generous and abundant Grace and Mercy, asking for your forgiveness and waiting for your guidance. “Be still and know that I am God.” Ps. 46:10.
“…Lead me by the still waters, restore my soul…” Ps 23.
Teach us your ways Lord, make our paths straight. Cause us to stay focused on your will for us, not our own will. Remind us that “Out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks.” Luke 6:45. Knowing that this affects other people, may we exercise
Random Acts of Kindness as we further God’s Kingdom.
Let us always be sensitive to the feelings and needs of others as St. Paul teachers us in Romans 12:18 “If possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone.”
May we be sensitive to the prompting of the Holy Spirit. May we always ask ourselves, When the Lord speaks, do I listen?
He will show us the way. Now we do our part and act in faith and confidence that we are in the will of God.
